Standart shipping - Israel Post - 29$ (between 7-21bussines days) - free with any purchase over100$.

Exspress Shipping - EMS - 49$ (between 5-10 bussines days) - free with any purchase over 300$.

Orders received after 14:00 are considered from the next business day.

Prossecing time can take betwin 2-3 bussines days.

During holiday sales there may be delays in shipping times.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping to a collection point 25₪ - free with any purchase over 199₪.

Home delivery for 49₪ - free with every purchase over 499₪.

Both takes between 3-7 business days.

RETURNS:

Our customer service is always available for you via phone / email / WhatsApp.

If you wish to receive a refund for a product that has not been used at all and is closed in its original packaging, you can send it back to us within 14 days to the address: Tuzeret Ha'aretz St. 3 Be'er Sheva.

The following details must be attached: the customer's name, phone number and the reason for the return.

Please note - before sending the product back, you must contact customer service.

The company is then entitled to collect a one-time cancellation fee at the rate of 5% of the returned purchase amount or100₪, whichever is the lower as stipulated by law (hereinafter "cancellation fee").

The shipping cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
If you received a defective product, please inform our customer service and we will take care of your request.
